Oklahoma Gravel Growler Come ride some of the finest gravel roads central Oklahoma has to offer. A great warmup/training ride for the spring gravel races. Your entry fee gets you a super cool event t-shirt, OrangeMud Buff and a ticket for complimentary food after the Growler. There will be more swag … announcement will be coming. We will have other food options on site for purchase as well. Join us for the registration party on Friday night at the race start. Food, fun, and a sponsor fair. There will be a pre-race day gravel ride (about 20 miles) and a Lauf demo event! We will be emailing the gps files of the course a few days prior to the event. The 125km ride consists of rolling rural roads with some short steep climbs. The majority of the ride is on a mixture of gravel and dirt roads. Overall elevation for the long course is listed as 2600′ according to the “official” gps map but we have seen it as high as 3500 on our personal gps devices. Register early as prices go up to $45 on site! We are looking forward to seeing you in Shawnee! Prices increase on December 1 and January 1 so register early.
